  • Two areas of the brain that are responsible for processing and controlling what's going on in your body show greater activity during hypnosis.
  • Likewise, the area of your brain that's responsible for your actions and the area that is aware of those actions appear to be disconnected during hypnosis.

There is many ways to  do this, but here is one method:
  • Make yourself comfortable,either seated or led down,you can prefer it by your choice. Close your eyes and be concentrated through your mind and take slow deep  breaths.
  • Once you open your eyes, notice  how calm and relaxed now you feel.you will have a great feeling as before in good way. You should find it easier and better over time to get  into deeper levels of trance as you become more experienced.

1. Read a book everyday.

When you are reading a book each and every day, you will feed your brain with more and more knowledge that will help you in your personal life to find the way.

2. Keep a new hobby.
Beyond the life, every person should have their own hobby in that you feel so delighted and dedicated. Focus on the hobby,only having the hobby is not enough to survive and to get identified in the societies.You have to do a hard work with the passion or interest that will make you to achieve your  dream in that  particular field it may be fencing,football,cricket rock climbing,skating,golf, poetry,singing,dancing,cooking etc.

Learning everyday something new requires you to stretch yourself in different aspects,whether physically, mentally or emotionally.



3. Learn new languages.
I realized learning different new languages help you to explore yourself with this new skill.
Having a knowledge of different languages altogether is a small package in itself. Acquainting with a new language is totally a  mind-opening experience.Out of interest choose a new  language and take a course to grasp an opportunity to express yourself in that particular language related to respective places.

4. Overcomes your  fears.
Fear exist within everyone.If we need something then we always go  for it with fear of need where people always think about to lose it.
The emotional response to the fear is highly personalized.When people want to do something of their own choice,generally they feel fear inside themself. I will say it is just an illusion that creates its own world inside you.You need to  buckle up with the any kind of fear.Once you take a new step out of your boundary or limitation,a new world can be seen around you with different perspective.


5. Follow exercise routine.
What do you do when you are stressed? The benefit of doing exercise is that it will quickly shows you the result how did you started feeling after finishing the exercise.
If you don't enjoy yourself in doing exercise,it is going to be hard to keep in the habit.
Its important to stay fit physically and mentally as well. Exercise ultimately helps us to direct in the world of positive emotion like happiness and excitement. There are many health benefits of meditation.Do the meditation it will relive stress and tension, relax the body,find focus and center  your mind.
