Beginner's Tips:

If you are a beginner, Come on the Yoga mat and start doing with Siddhasana. Do stretching of your leg and make a movement of your back that will help you to fall in this pose quickly.


How to do it?

Step by Step Instruction 

  1. Sit on the floor wit your legs extended.                 
  2. Cross right/left foot over outside of right/left thigh;bend right/left knee.                                       
  3. Keep right knee pointed toward ceiling.                  
  4. Place left elbow to the outside of knee and right hand on the floor back to you.                      
  5. Twist your leg as close as you can,moving from your abdomen.                                                   
  6. Both sides of your butt should touch to the floor.

    Benefits:

    • It Relieves backaches, sciatica, and menstrual discomfort.                                                                 
    • And stretches the upper body.

    • It also improves the digestion and processing of the liver and kidney.

    • It calms brain and reduce stress.

    • It straighten Spine.


    Caution:

    Kindly avoid if you have back pain or injury to your health. If you still feel it is of your capability, consult to the Doctor once before you start.
