How to Perform "Butterfly Pose" ?

  • First have a sit on the mat with back straight.                                                             
  • Bend your leg from the knees in such a way that soles of both leg face to each other.                                                                    
  • Now keep your feet near to the pelvis as much as you can.                                                                         
  • Bring your both hands in front of you and stretch it to the end of your sole.                                                                              
  •  Make sure you grab the toes with your hand tightly.                                                     
  •  Now you move your  folded leg to the upward and downward.                             
  •   Try to touch your feet to the downward as much as you can.                
  •  Don't give up when your soles won't come closer to pelvis at initially, with the practice flexibility improves.                            
  •  You will experience a good result after practice of some session.                                                                                          
  • And You will experience of improving your digestion system and also reduce the fat around thighs.
