    HOW TO BE MENTALLY STRONG

In this fast growing world, We can see how  people are also growing. But it has been seen that most successful person have one common tendency, that is they are mentally strong. Person with strong minded and broad minded are mentally tough and persistent about their ideas and thoughts but they are not too obstinate to grow and customize the situation they face throughout the life.Every people should be mentally strong and it can be achieved only by your interest, hard work and patience. Like when a new born baby first step out from her mother worm to this wonderful world, initially baby doesn't know about the life but as baby grow up and look out the world baby experience the activity, moves and gesture being done around.This takes patience for the baby to orient themselves to a new situation, they become familiar with. Or you can be stronger just like you use to train your body in gym. To be mentally strong  you need to know what you believe in. After all,body won't do until your mind  doesn't direct your body to do it.

Have look on some methods To know yourself:

1. Keep your mind calm
To be a strong minded person you should be of an uncluttered mind. As we know practice makes things easy. The practice of letting go an unwanted and useless worries and distraction from your mind will make u feel different from the people who focused on unnecessary things  all around.Whenever life goes up and down never worried, its a ladder of life. If you suffer from such situation or you feel scattered, or getting bothered then close your eyes and take a deep breath and concentrate your mind at one place where you want to.


  • Meditation: Meditation is mental exercise which keeps your mind focused on the thing u really want to see in reality. Meditation is one of the best way to control your mind.You need to hear  your inner voice and concentrate on to it. It is consciousness in the tune of inner voice which tells ingloriously and politely what is going on. Raise the volume of your inner voice that you will recognize. Believe in the thoughts and action that spark in your mind, because that is the beauty of the inner voice.
  • Initially, it may be difficult to do meditation for the very beginning if you have never done it before because your body and mind both are not  used to it.It will get much easier when you start practicing everyday.Don't get discouraged while you have started doing for the first time.
  • Sometimes you might feel low in your daily life, and that thing may distract your mind to think several unnecessary thoughts.So if you want to regain focus,better you try to write it down whatever thoughts keep popping in your head and while doing meditation bring all those thoughts in your mind.when you will get these thoughts over and over inside you, you will try not to think that rubbish.
2. Discover the joy inside you
At initial stage people listen to their heart and used to do the things that their heart says. Its good, but people forget to find that when and for what reason they are being happy. People started living in the flow of  the life. But its necessary that people need to identify the reason of their joy,happiness and sorrow. Try to identify the experience of joy when you were more happy. Ask your friend and family who is closer to you, that what makes me more happy and what makes me feel sad because they are the one who know more about you than yourself.



  • People struggle to find the reason of joy because their mind may have stuck on something that they really want but in respect of that thing they might not be happy what they are expecting for.So in this situation, people lose their hope and lost the path in their life.
  • Always keep goal and ambition of your life and keep working on to your dream until you won't achieve it. Because it will always keep you awoke up.People don't need wings to fly they need freedom of joy or happiness to achieve everything they dreamt of. 
  • Happiness exist inside you. You are the reason of your happiness and sadness as well. Never depend on someone to make you happy. You be the reason of someone's happiness.Keep the reason of happiness in someone else,you might never be happy as much as you can be happy in yourself for your own reason.Keep new hobby
3. Make a goal

Generally. having a dream will take your life where you want to see in the future. It will  always push you to outgrow your knowledge.Having a dream will set your mind to resist with the things and help you to stay-steady from any distraction or  obstacles.
  • It is ok to have short-term goal because  it taught you how to work on the things which matters really notable.If you ever feel that you can do better in something you have not started yet, this is the time you can  skip this and take a new step to get into that specialty.
  • Always set a exclusive goal and try to do smart work rather than hard work which actually works. Set goals that will give you a particular direction in your life.
  • Suppose , you might break down for "getting a job" into a smaller segment, don't get discouraged. Make it easy by updating your CV(resume),do the internship, get an additional courses which will make your profile look unique. Automatically, you will be very  close to your dream.
  • You will never fail in your life if you have discover your own dream, because it will keep you engage in achieving your dream and most important, you will be happy in yourself.
  • If you have an experience of such things happen in life then it is the powerful  tool in self-discovery. Try to share your knowledge to others so that they may also have their dream and will not lost somewhere  in their life.
  • As you may be very well aware that where you need to break your short term goal and get into the long-term goal. Long-term goal is the one that will make your future into this sector.So, be careful while you  choose your long-term goal.When you are pretty much clear in your dream no barrier can stop you to make it happen.

4. Be more aware  of your inner feeling
For every action there is a reaction.but the reaction depends on your mood and your mood depends on the situation, and most probably situation is not in your control. So you can control your inner feelings.
Apart from happiness, most of  the people don't share their feelings because of inner consciousness that what other people may think or they may feel shy. But every individual's emotion play an important role in each and every decision they make. You should be strong on your feelings and emotion that will help you to find who you are and how you react to those circumstances.
Decide to connect with your feeling that will secure you from a state of affairs. Nobody can defeat you when you are mentally strong with your inner peace.

5. Take care of your physical health

Personality matters,everyone can relate this but never overwhelm yourself for this reason or by tackling too many reason at a time.If you think  you can work hard to make it, then start working onto it, join and go to gym,do regular exercise, take protein, have good meals ,meat,eggs and fruit.At certain point your mind may stop operating efficiently if you  are not fueling it with proper meal, exercise and sleep. Having meal and good food is not enough if you are not taking in appropriate amount and at right time.If you are healthy you will be feeling happy in every small thing.

Try to give a little time of your life to yourself. Try to communicate with yourself for several things you do in your daily life,like how do you act, how do  you behave, how do you react and how you feel  all the activity you use to do through out the day. It will mend you in the every silly mistake you have met  around.
It is easy to think but to get it you have to outgrow with exertion. So for that you can keep yourself busy by studying, spending your some times with your friends,family and loved once it will keep your mind sober.
