• We are changing defination in favour of MSMEs.Low thresold in MSMEs have created afear among MSMEs of graduating out of benefits and hence killing the ure to grow.there have been long pending demands for this.
• The defination of MSMes is being changed for their advantage and so that they can grow in size and get benifits. MSMEs has been revised upward. Earlier differentiation between manufacturing and service MSMEs will be categorised  similarly says Finance Minister.
• The global  tendars to  be disallowed upto  rds 200 crore. Indian MSMEs have faced unfair competition from foreign companies. Therefore global tenders will be disallowed in agovernment procurement tenders upto  rs 200 crore says Finance Minister.  This is step towards self-reliant and make in India.This will help MSMEs increase their business.
• E-market linkage for MSMEs to  be promoted to  act as a replacement for trade fairs and exhibitions.
• All pending refunds to  charitable trust and non corporate business and professions including proprietorship,partnership,LLP and cooperatives shalll be  issued immediatelyy says Sitaraman.
• Due dates of all IIt returns for 2019-20 will be extended from july 31 and October 31 to November 30, 2020 and tax audit from September 30 to october 31, finance Minister says.
